Project Title

This new-build condominium penthouse was elevated beyond its builder-grade beginnings through thoughtful design and strategic upgrades. Without major construction, we introduced character through arched details, refined bathroom enhancements, custom millwork, and layered styling - maximizing impact while remaining mindful of budget.
